City of Tempe water conservation grant approved!!
The Board received the excellent news that Mayor Cory Woods and the City Council have approved our neighborhood grant award! Special thanks to Vince DiGregory and David Lucas, working with the board and leading on the development of the grant proposal. A kick-off meeting will be held on July 24th to review the process. The Board will keep the community updated on the implementation plan once it is finalized.

The HV Landscaping Committee is pursuing a grant with the City of Tempe, and there is a requirement that HV residents be informed and have the opportunity to provide input. This grant is part of a Multi-year plan to transition the landscaping in Harbour Village to a property that is lovely, but more affordable and water-conscious. The Board will want to keep the residents informed on this plan as well.
