The HV Landscaping Committee is pursuing a grant with the City of Tempe, and there is a requirement that HV residents be informed and have the opportunity to provide input. This grant is part of a Multi-year plan to transition the landscaping in Harbour Village to a property that is lovely, but more affordable and water-conscious. The Board will want to keep the residents informed on this plan as well.
